  • Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity to reinforce hardening, vulnerability remediation, identity hygiene, and logging practices. Enhance monitoring and alerting across infrastructure platforms to ensure proactive detection and response.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning, runbook creation, tabletop exercises, and failover testing., This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. You'll have the option to work remotely most of the time, with in-person collaboration when it matters most (2 to 3 times a week). This role may occasionally require evening or weekend availability to support critical incidents, maintenance windows, or planned releases.

Requirements

You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering and 6+ years of equivalent work experience in Systems Engineering or Infrastructure Architecture, including at least 3-5 years working with compute platforms, and datacenter environments., * Proven track record of driving change, innovation, automation, and process excellence in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.

  • Strong hands-on experience across compute platforms, including Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat), virtualization, storage, and networking. Knowledge of golden images.
  • Experience managing compute in on-prem datacenters, virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Advanced scripting and automation capabilities using PowerShell and Python, and experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
