Job description
- Lead and/or support requirements elicitation workshops for Talent modules.
- Configure and optimize Onboarding 2.0 processes, workflows, and forms.
- Configure and optimize PMGM goal plans and performance templates.
- Configure and optimize succession planning tools (e.g., talent cards, org charts, readiness forms).
- Configure and optimize Learning Management System (course, curriculum, and compliance tracking).
- Implement business rules, MDF objects, and workflows across Talent modules.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
- Configure cross-module integrations including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central data flows.
- Maintain and enhance XML templates, field configurations, and data models.
- Support Talent Intelligence Hub / Job Profile Builder enhancements.
- Design, build, and support integrations using SAP CPI (BTP) and Integration Center.
- Develop event-driven integrations (e.g., onboarding, termination workflows).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across SuccessFactors and external systems.
- Design and deliver story reports and Canvas reports across Talent modules.
- Design and deliver operational dashboards and KPIs.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and audit reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate design workshops and solution reviews.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Onboarding 2.0.
- Proven experience in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM).
- Proven experience in Succession Planning.
- Proven experience in Learning Management System (LMS).
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / BTP integrations.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with Employee Central.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with external systems (e.g., ATS, payroll, time systems)., * SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more: Onboarding 2.0, LMS, Employee Central.
Skills:
- Knowledge of MDF framework, business rules, and RBP.
- Knowledge of XML configuration within SuccessFactors.
Qualification And Education:
- Operate in a global, multi-country environment.
- Support enterprise-scale implementations and upgrades.
- Work under defined governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, hybrid delivery models).
- Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
