We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will harness your analytical expertise to transform complex data sets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using leading business intelligence tools. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will empower our organization to optimize operations, enhance business processes, and uncover new opportunities for growth., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key metrics and trends.

• Collaborate within Agile project management frameworks to deliver data solutions on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Perform data extraction, transformation (ETL), and loading processes utilizing SQL, Python, R, Talend, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop and optimize SQL databases and queries for efficient data retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis using Excel data analysis techniques and business intelligence methodologies to support strategic initiatives.
• Design scalable data models and database structures in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database systems for robust analytics.
• Engage in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) analysis to improve existing systems or develop new data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage linked data sources and perform database design tasks to enhance data accessibility across platforms.
• Support the creation of technical documentation such as Visio diagrams for system architecture or process flows.
• Analyze business requirements to develop insightful reports and dashboards that facilitate decision-making at all levels of the organization.

• Proven experience in data analysis with strong skills in SQL query management and database design.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Visio.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes using Talend, Python, R, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of SDLC principles along with software development lifecycle analysis for data projects.
• Expertise in analyzing large datasets through Excel data analysis techniques and visualization tools to craft compelling dashboards.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle; experience with query optimization is a plus.
• Familiarity with linked data concepts and the integration of diverse data sources for comprehensive analysis.
• Strong project management skills within Agile frameworks to coordinate multiple deliverables efficiently.
• Excellent business analysis capabilities combined with sharp analytical skills to interpret complex datasets into clear insights.
