- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to gather requirements and develop tailored Epic Willow solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Configure, test, and deploy Epic Willow modules, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs, RESTful services, and other web services to connect Epic Willow with external systems such as Salesforce, Pega, or other enterprise applications.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues related to Epic Willow workflows, interfaces, and configurations.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and version control to ensure optimal performance while minimizing downtime.
- Document system processes, configurations, and workflows thoroughly for future reference and compliance audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance metrics and recommending enhancements for scalability and security.
Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Epic Willow Analyst to join our innovative healthcare technology team. - Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and enterprise solutions implementation.
- Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language), ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and database management including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), load balancing, cloud security (AWS/Azure), firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and system hardening practices.
- Hands-on experience with application development tools like JavaScript, C#, Python, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, microservices architecture, DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Git.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles including system design, configuration management (Git), version control systems, and SDLC methodologies such as Agile.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in network configurations (Cisco Meraki), virtualization platforms (Kubernetes), and system administration tasks across Windows and Linux environments.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear documentation for diverse stakeholders., * Bachelor's (Required), * epic willow inventory : 1 year (Required)
