Job description
FASTECH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full EPC lifecycle of large, complex energy-infrastructure construction projects - from award through commissioning and closeout. This role owns schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client delivery on high-value builds spanning hydrogen (H2), CNG/RNG, and EV charging infrastructure, with significant civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical scope. You'll be the senior point of accountability on our most demanding projects and a mentor to junior PMs and field leadership., Lead the full EPC lifecycle on large energy infrastructure projects: planning, procurement, scheduling, execution, commissioning, and closeout.

Own project budget, cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and margin; report status and risk to ownership and clients.

Manage major multi-discipline construction scopes ; civil/site, structural, electrical, and mechanical and coordinate the trades across them.

Direct project teams, field supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors; manage submittals, RFIs, permits, and inspections.

Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact; manage scope, expectations, and contract compliance.

Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on every jobsite; champion FASTECH's safety-first culture.

Manage bid-to-build handoff, prevailing-wage/certified-payroll requirements, lien rights, and 20-day notices where applicable.

Drive project documentation and workflows in Procore and D365 Business Central; produce accurate weekly WIP reporting.

Mentor and develop project managers, estimators, and field leadership.
Requirements
8+ years of construction project management, including large/complex projects with significant civil, electrical, and mechanical scope.

Direct experience delivering energy-infrastructure projects - hydrogen (H2), CNG/RNG, and/or EV charging infrastructure strongly preferred.

Proven command of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor management.

Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, civil/structural/electrical/mechanical drawings, and specifications.

Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.

Proficiency with Procore (or equivalent construction PM software) for budget, schedule, RFIs, submittals, and daily logs.

Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites across the territory.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

Experience with UST/AST, dispensers, high-pressure gas systems, and hazardous-location (Class I Div 1/2) construction.

Familiarity with hydrogen station design/commissioning, CNG/RNG systems, and EV site electrical.

PMP certification; OSHA 30; MSHA or other safety credentials.

Working knowledge of NEC, IFC/IFGC, NFPA 2 (hydrogen), and NFPA 52 (CNG) code requirements.

Experience with certified payroll, prevailing wage, and public-works project delivery.

Familiarity with estimating/takeoff, value engineering, and design-build delivery.

Proficiency with additional construction tools such as MS Project, P6/Primavera, AutoCAD/Bluebeam markups, and D365 Business Central.
