The Director of Solution Architecture leads the build-out of SavvyMoney's solution design practice for its Lending & Deposit (L&D) product - a newly established function purpose-built to accelerate growth with Banks and Credit Unions. This leader partners closely with Sales and Partner Management to deliver advisory, demonstration, and product scoping services to prospective and existing L&D clients, while serving as a key cross-functional voice into the Product organization as the L&D solution continues to scale. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this role sits at the intersection of technical depth and client-facing influence., * Build, lead, and develop SavvyMoney's Solution Architecture practice for the Lending & Deposit product, establishing it as a best-in-class function from the ground up
- Own and manage resource capacity forecasting across existing and prospective client engagements, serving as a strategic cross-functional partner to Product and Revenue leadership
- Establish the tools, systems, and best practices that govern how the L&D solution is demonstrated, scoped, and positioned - driving consistency and repeatability across the team
- Partner with Sales and Operations Leadership to align resource availability with sales projections, proactively escalating demand imbalances to senior leadership
- Evaluate, implement, and manage presentation and demonstration platforms that reduce resource overhead and elevate the quality of client-facing engagements
- Define and champion operational best practices for the Solution Architecture team, ensuring consistent adoption across all client-facing workflows
- Collaborate with clients, prospective clients, and internal Product and Engineering teams to design scalable, high-value solutions that are purpose-built for efficient L&D implementation
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Operations and Product leadership on matters of solution design, tooling, and process optimization
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sale, sales engineering, or similar roles roles with a track record of increasing scope and responsibility
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services Technology (Fintech) or Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Proven expertise with sales and solution architecture tooling and CRM/sales forecasting platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments, with experience influencing and advising senior and executive leadership
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product enhancements
- Strong proficiency in solution design, product design, and business problem solving
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus

The annual base salary for this position is between $220,000.00 and $225,000.00 depending upon experience + Quarterly Commission potential.
