Job description

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
  • Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with business objectives, security standards, and long-term technology strategy.
  • Lead architecture discussions for enterprise initiatives, application modernization efforts, and system integrations.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business value.
  • Develop integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies to connect enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership during project planning, implementation, and deployment.
  • Create architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and solution recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Participate in vendor evaluations and technology selection decisions.
  • Promote architecture best practices, governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or solution architecture.
  • Experience designing enterprise-level technology solutions across multiple business functions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with API design, system integrations, microservices, and modern architecture patterns.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application modernization and legacy system integration.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or Generative AI technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, or similar environments is a plus.
