AttainX, Inc. is in search of a professional and technical Senior SharePoint-Power Apps Developer to be responsible for designing, developing and deploying custom SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to support evolving business processes and digital transformation initiatives. This role emphasizes modernization, automation and collaboration across teams to streamline agency workflows., * Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, CSOM, REST API and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Implement and maintain SharePoint portals, sites, workflows and libraries tailored to USCIS business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure security and compliance with federal standards, including access controls and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field
- 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development expertise
- Power Platform expertise (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Front-end technologies expertise (e.g., JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Angular)
- Back-end and integration services expertise (e.g., .NET, C#, SQL Server, RESTful)
- Version control and DevOps expertise (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
- Able to obtain and maintain USCIS security clearance, * Experience working in federal government environments, especially with US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and agile development practices
- Familiar with work environments that use Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Working knowledge of Databricks or a similar platform (e.g., Snowflake)
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) controls and/or Microsoft 365 governance
Benefits & conditions
Salary: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 salary range - full-time employment. The salary range may vary based on years of relevant professional experience, skillset, education and certifications., Competitive compensation and benefits packages including paid vacation, paid holidays and sick pay; medical, dental and vision benefits plus health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA); matching 401(k) plan; tuition, training, professional development and certification programs and long & short-term disability., $150,000.00
