Job description

The Senior SAP Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Andover site's transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and IT, this position helps ensure the successful implementation, adoption and ongoing optimization of SAP S/4HANA.

This role combines strong business process knowledge with SAP functional experience to improve manufacturing, production planning, logistics and supply chain processes within a regulated manufacturing environment. The individual will lead local business readiness activities, support testing, training, master data preparation and go-live, while serving as the primary business resource for SAP-related process improvements after implementation., * Serve as the local business lead supporting the SAP S/4HANA implementation for the Andover site.

  • Partner with Global SAP teams and project stakeholders to ensure local business requirements are understood and incorporated into the solution.
  • Support business process workshops, fit-gap discussions and process standardization.
  • Coordinate and participate in system testing (SIT/UAT), create test scripts and support issue resolution.
  • Support end-user training, change management and business readiness activities.
  • Assist with data validation and migration activities including BOMs, routings, work centers, MRP parameters and production versions.
  • Support go-live planning and provide post go-live hypercare support.
  • Beyond the SAP Go Live in Q2 2027, partner with Global IT and business stakeholders to support ongoing SAP enhancements, optimize business processes, and enable future digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing, planning, inventory and logistics processes through SAP.
  • Support integration with MES, PLM and other manufacturing systems where applicable.
  • Maintain high standards for master data integrity and process documentation., * 2+ years of experience supporting SAP manufacturing modules (PP, MM, QM, or related modules).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting SAP, ERP, or manufacturing business systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or quality operations.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams., * Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementation from planning through go-live., * Experience supporting SAP master data, including Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, or MRP parameters.
  • Experience supporting system testing (SIT/UAT), end-user training, or hypercare during an ERP implementation.
  • Knowledge of MES, PLM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment.

The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.
