Job description
- Provide Help Desk support for computers, printers, phones, copiers, Microsoft 365, and office software.
- Configure and deploy computers, workstations, and technology for new employees.
- Administer Microsoft 365, email accounts, licensing, MFA, and ShareFile.
- Maintain user accounts across multiple business applications, including our agency management system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support system updates, software installations, licensing, and technology projects.
- Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements.
- Run agency reports and assist with various administrative and operational functions.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Windows environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with networking, cybersecurity, and business software is a plus.
- Insurance industry experience is helpful but not required.
