Job description
- Design, implement, and manage PKI solutions to support secure communications and data protection across the organization
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to PKI operations, including certificate lifecycle management
- Monitor and troubleshoot PKI systems to ensure high availability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PKI solutions into existing systems and applications
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses related to PKI and cryptographic systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding PKI best practices and security measures
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to PKI and cybersecurity
- Drive our PKI automation strategy with continual improvements in our security posture
- Keep abreast of industry changes that alter or impact our PKI infrastructure or processes
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on PKI concepts and practices
Requirements
This role is critical in ensuring the security and integrity of our digital communications and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies, cryptography, and security protocols, along with a proven track record of implementing and managing PKI solutions in a large corporate environment., * 3+ years of experience have in PKI operations in identification, report creation and custom scripts
- 3+ years of experience managing SSL/TLS certificates and in security best practices to safe-guard data and communications across systems (authentication, encryption, etc.)
- Willing to work at off hours to support communication with team members located outside US as well as provide on call support on weekends for Production Releases on a rotational basis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Experience working cross-functionally with all levels from individual contributor to executes
- Experience with Axway Validation Authority
- Experience with code-signing, Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (S/MIME) certificates
- Experience with JavaBeans Certificate Authority (EJBCA)
- Experience with Hardware Security Module (HSM) such as Entrust nCipher
- Experience with Internet Information Service (IIS) and Apache
- Experience with Intercede MyID
- Experience with KeyFactor Command
- Experience with Microsoft Certification Authorities
- Experience with Experience with PowerShell, Python, and Splunk
- Experience with Kiro
