Job description
This role combines an operational understanding of Goodman Real Estate's systems with relevant accounting responsibilities for new development multi-family properties. The Systems Support Associate responds to internal support hub inquiries and supports the success of others through exceptional customer service. This position plays a vital role in ensuring requirements are implemented and system quality is maintained while adapting quickly to change and process improvement., * Systems Support
- Maintains strong foundational understanding of Yardi products, including, but not limited to Payment Processing, CRM, Site Manager, Voyager Residential, YardiOne, Screening Works and VendorShield
- Contributes to drafting Yardi Administrator resources including SOP's, checklists, and quick guides to maintain internal best practices
- Provides Yardi helpdesk support for team members through prioritizing and managing requests to ensure time sensitive issues are addressed quickly and efficiently
- Collaborates with Operations to analyze Yardi support tickets to develop opportunities for additional training.
- Manages user access across all Yardi and Smartsheet databases to ensure groups are aligned with job duties; Completing tasks related to the team member change and offboarding process in Yardi suite of products
- Escalates assigned critical Yardi cases through Client Central and ensures resolution is achieved in a timely manner
- Provides coverage for Operations to ensure BlueMoon lease documents and legal notice updates are maintained in real time
- Maintains strong foundational understanding of Smartsheet, routinely participates in updating data and participates in approved project building
- Collaborates with Operations to optimize workflows and improve best practices for practical application of Yardi products, striving for efficiency and innovation
- Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support company initiatives and process improvement
- Conducts all business in accordance with GRE's policies and procedures. Understand local laws including Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting and all other state laws
- Establishes and maintains professional communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Yardi Residential administrator database management
- Proficient in Smartsheet advanced user skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact with others in a team environment
- Completes task accurately and timely
- Maintains confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team membersQualifications:Special Licenses and/or Certificates:

Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of a high school diploma
Must have at least three (3) years of on-site property management experience
Computer Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Windows Operating System
Language Proficiency:
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English, in a manner sufficient to carry out duties
