Job description
- Assist the Primary Property Custodian in performing asset management responsibilities.
- Assist with compliance of local ECO and DoD requirements, training, and use of approved tracking tools/databases/SharePoint sites.
- Ensure customer organization compliance with government, Air Force, and local policies and regulation for hardware asset management.
- Act as alternate property custodian and perform applicable responsibilities (i.e., reconciliations, established custodial responsibilities, documentation etc.) at the request of the Primary Custodian.
- Prepare all required documentation i.e., Staff Summary Sheets, Appointment letters, tech refresh recommendations and ROS's when required for government signing and approval workflow as requested.
- Perform lifecycle management duties, requirements in accordance with established guidance and procedures as requested.
- Accomplish local training and utilize approved tracking tools/databases/SharePoint site in performance of unit IT PC management.
- Provide guidance to customer organization personnel on asset management.
- Prepare MICT Communicators for government approval and validation when required.
Requirements
3+ years experience in asset management processing. HS diploma or GED. Must be Security+ certified. Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel. Familiar with computer hardware and peripheral devices for identification and tracking purposes. Able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Must have strong customer service and communication skills. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
