We're looking for a standout Demo Specialist to become the face of Doceree's platform and help bring our AI-powered healthcare marketing solutions to life. You'll partner closely with Sales to deliver compelling product demonstrations that don't just showcase features - they tell a story, solve business challenges, and inspire customers to envision what's possible with Doceree.

- Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that connect customer challenges to meaningful business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Sales to understand customer priorities and create compelling demo experiences that move opportunities forward.
- Command virtual meetings, executive presentations, and webinars with confidence and credibility.
- Bring customer stories to life by translating product capabilities into clear, compelling business value.
- Use discovery conversations and active listening to personalize demonstrations and uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and AdOps to continuously evolve demo environments, messaging, and best practices.
- Bring energy, curiosity, and creativity to every customer interaction while helping elevate the overall buying experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Demo Specialist, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Specialist, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing SaaS role.
- Experience presenting enterprise technology platforms.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the confidence to engage audiences ranging from end users to executive stakeholders.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales throughout the customer buying journey.
- Comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual demonstrations in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment.
