Job description

  • Provide technical support to end-users via help desk tickets, phone, or in person, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems related to computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in maintaining and updating IT infrastructure components such as Windows Server environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot computer networking issues using analysis skills to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Utilize tools like N-Able for ticket management and documentation of support activities

  • Expertise in equipment troubleshooting including hardware repairs and software diagnostics
  • Hands-on experience managing Active Directory accounts and permissions; familiarity with GPO for policy management
  • Proficiency with operating systems including Windows (Windows 10/11/Windows Server), macOS, and Linux distributions
  • Microsoft Office suite applications for end-user support
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware components effectively and manage computer systems using SCCM or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset; able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
  • Experience working with help desk platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for ticket tracking and resolution documentation
  • Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutions for supporting smartphones and tablets

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
