Job description
- The Lead Pega System Architect LSA is responsible for end to end architecture design development leadership and production support of complex Pega applications across Insurance Banking Financial Services and Public Sector domains The role drives solution design ensures adherence to Pega guardrails and enterprise standards and leads delivery teams in Agile environments, * Architecture Solution Design
- Own endtoend Pega application architecture across case lifecycle design data modeling integrations performance and security
- Design scalable Pega solutions using Pega PRPC versions 5x through 24x aligned with enterprise and client standards
- Define technical blueprints system diagrams integration patterns and deployment architecture
- Lead Pega upgrades release management and modernization initiatives
- Application Development Technical Leadership
- Lead development using Pega DX APIs Pega UI PUI CPM CLF PBI frameworks
- Drive implementation of complex case management workflows across quotetopolicy collections regulatory enforcement onboarding and compliance use cases
- Enforce Pega Guardrails performance best practices and reusability standards
- Perform design reviews code reviews and guardrail compliance assessments
- Integrations Enterprise Connectivity
- Design and implement RESTSOAP services Pega Web APIs Kafka integrations and thirdparty system integrations
- Work with external systems such as NET applications rating engines payment gateways document management systems Alfresco and external data providers
- Ensure secure performant and scalable integration patterns
- Production Support AMS Ownership
- Lead L3 advanced L2 production support including rootcause analysis performance tuning and highpriority defect resolution
- Support Incident Problem Change and Release Management processes in AMS environments
- Drive proactive application health monitoring stability improvements and optimization
- Agile Delivery Team Leadership
- Lead crossfunctional teams in AgileSCRUM environments
- Mentor and guide senior and junior Pega developers
- Coordinate onsiteoffshore delivery models
- Work closely with Business Analysts Product Owners QA DevOps and client stakeholders
- Quality Performance Security
- Drive performance optimization using PAL Tracer Guardrail reports
- Define and enforce security models including Access Groups Roles Operators Org Structures
- Ensure production readiness through unit testing integration testing and UAT support
- Innovation AI Enablement Value Add
- Leverage AIassisted development tools ChatGPT Copilot Claude Gemini to improve productivity and solution quality
- Support AIassisted workflows automation and rapid prototyping where applicable
