Solution Architecture & Consulting
- Define end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and solution designs.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Dynamics 365 Sales
- Design and implement:
o Lead Management o Opportunity Management o Account & Contact Management o Sales Forecasting o Sales Pipeline Management o Territory Management o Quote-to-Order Processes o Sales Insights and AI-Driven Selling
Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights - Journeys)
- Design customer engagement strategies utilizing:
o Customer Segmentation o Customer Journeys o Email Marketing o Campaign Management o Event Management o Lead Nurturing o Marketing Automation o Customer Insights and Analytics
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Architect solutions for:
o Case Management o Omnichannel Engagement o Knowledge Management o SLA Management o Customer Self-Service Portals o Customer Service Copilot o Contact Center and Agent Productivity
Power Platform & AI
- Drive adoption of:
o Power Apps o Power Automate o Dataverse o Power BI o Copilot Studio o AI Builder
- Design low-code solutions extending D365 CRM capabilities.
Integration & Data Architecture
- Define integration patterns with ERP, Finance, HR, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
- Design integrations using:
o Azure Integration Services o Logic Apps o Service Bus o APIs o Dataverse
- Develop data migration and master data management strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE implementation experience.
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
o D365 Sales o D365 Marketing / Customer Insights - Journeys o D365 Customer Service
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation initiatives.
