Job description

We are hiring a Senior Web Developer with strong hands-on experience in modern frontend and full-stack development, and a growing passion for AI-first and Agentic systems.

In this role, you will be a key individual contributor building the System of Engagement layer-implementing intelligent, adaptive web experiences powered by AI. You will work closely with architects, tech leads, and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions., * Build and evolve modern web applications using React, Next.js, and full-stack technologies

  • Develop scalable frontend experiences and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) / API orchestration layers
  • Implement AI-powered and agentic features within user experiences
  • Contribute to systems that connect user intent AI action
  • Work hands-on with:
  • AI APIs and integrations
  • Agent frameworks and workflows
  • Real-time and personalized user experiences
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior engineers to translate requirements into working solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to strong engineering standards and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js (SSR, ISR, edge rendering)
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend architecture patterns
  • Experience building or consuming BFF APIs, GraphQL, or API orchestration layers
  • Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and web best practices
  • Hands-on exposure to AI integrations such as OpenAI, Claude, prompt design, or RAG pipelines
  • Familiarity with agentic concepts (planner/executor patterns, tool routing, context/memory)
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
  • Strong hands-on contributor mindset with a focus on clean, maintainable code
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems
  • Ability to implement experience-first solutions within established architectures
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Comfort working across frontend, backend, and AI-integration layers, with guidance from senior technical leadership
