Data Analyst

The Data Analyst supports the development of dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and analytical products that enable data-driven decision-making across Coast Guard missions., * Develop dashboards using Power BI, Qlik, and related tools.

• Create visualizations to communicate analytical findings.
• Perform descriptive and diagnostic analytics.
• Conduct research and data analysis.
• Support reporting, performance management, and business intelligence activities.
• Translate data into actionable insights.

• Associate degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience, or 3 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• CAP Essentials certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Work Location: Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.)

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range., We are always looking for good people!
