Print Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Specialist to join our creative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials across a variety of formats and mediums, ensuring precision, color accuracy, and timely delivery. Your expertise will help bring vibrant visual concepts to life, supporting our marketing campaigns, product packaging, and custom print projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced printing technology and contribute to innovative print solutions that captivate audiences., * Operate and maintain various printing equipment including a Cannon TM-355, Roland TY-300, Konica Minolta 4070C, and other industrial printing machinery to produce consistent, high-quality prints.

• Execute screen printing processes with precision, ensuring accurate registration and color fidelity for diverse substrates.
• Manage color calibration and color management techniques to achieve true-to-design color reproduction across all printed materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to review layouts, adjust typography, and optimize designs for print production using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Perform prepress duties such as layout adjustments, file preparation, and proofing to ensure flawless print runs.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Handle cutting, paper binding, and finishing tasks to prepare final products for delivery or distribution.
• Adjust industrial equipment settings and perform routine maintenance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Utilize technical proficiency in manufacturing processes to troubleshoot issues related to press operation or material handling.
• Support manufacturing workflows by operating forklifts or other heavy machinery as needed for material movement or setup.

• Proven experience in screen printing operation, or related printing environments.
• Strong knowledge of color management principles and graphic design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva for design review and file preparation.
• Skilled in layout design, typography, and print advertising concepts.
• Experience with cutting tools, paper binding techniques, and finishing processes.
• Technical proficiency in prepress procedures including file setup and troubleshooting print issues.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production cycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to adjust machinery settings for optimal output.
