Job description
- Lead the design for how non-human actors are identified, authorized, and managed, creating interaction models that distinguish between human and agent actions to ensure clear attribution.
- Reimagine Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows for autonomous agents, translating complex role-based access controls (RBAC) into seamless, intuitive interfaces.
- Create dashboards and audit logs that translate generative AI actions into human-readable insights, allowing administrators to understand data access and permissions.
- Design policy engines and data loss prevention (DLP) controls specifically tailored for generative AI, enabling administrators to establish boundaries and restrict sensitive data.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Identity, and Security to lead design sprints, build prototypes, and advocate design excellence.
Requirements
Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience designing user interfaces, user flows, and prototypes using industry-standard design tools such as Figma.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)., * Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization, with 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy, or highly technical applications such as business-to-business (B2B), enterprise IT, developer tools, or cybersecurity.
- Experience designing admin consoles, policy builders, compliance tools, or workflows involving complex system architectures and information architecture.
- Experience with generative AI concepts, designing systems that build user trust, clear system attribution, and progressive disclosure.

The Workspace Enterprise UX team designs the command center for modern IT professionals. We build the intuitive tools that global admins rely on to successfully deploy, manage, and scale Workspace across users.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design of enterprise controls for AI and non-human identities. You will own the user experiences that allow admins to confidently deploy AI, set guardrails around agentic behavior, manage complex attribution, and ensure corporate data remains secure and compliant. Your work will be the bridge between AI capabilities and the trust, security, and reliability required by the organizations.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
