Job description
- Develop and deliver code across the mobile stack, building delightful user experiences and championing engineering excellence through best practices in app architecture, testing, observability and documentation
- Partner with product, design and other stakeholders to uncover requirements, innovate, and solve complex problems
- Contribute to advancing our capabilities across a wide array of industries and domains while gaining hands-on experience with privacy, security, data modeling, and architecture
- Take ownership of your work, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously seek ways to improve technology and processes at CLEAR
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience (Swift)
- Experience with mobile application development, and familiarity with:
- Agile development environments
- Articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborating with teammates and contributing to a culture of learning and growth
- Championing best engineering practices for iOS development within your team
- Curiosity about technology, a belief in continuous learning, and the ability to work autonomously to figure out what's important

The total compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
This range represents the combined base salary, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements
