Join a global manufacturing organization undergoing significant technology transformation. We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Enterprise Applications Service Manager to lead support operations, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the key escalation point for critical business applications and ERP services.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise application and ERP support services within a global environment. - Manage escalations, service delivery performance, and strategic vendor relationships. - Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies. - Coordinate application updates, releases, and change management activities. - Partner with business and IT leaders to enhance service quality and user experience. - Establish and promote best practices for service management and continuous improvement.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, Application Support, or related leadership roles. - Experience supporting ERP and enterprise business applications in a complex organization. - Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. - Proven success improving processes, reducing operational inefficiencies, and driving automation. - Excellent communication and influence skills across technical and business teams. - Manufacturing industry experience is a plus. - Oracle Fusion experience is beneficial but not required.
