Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, translating business requirements into actionable user stories, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering analytics and Salesforce platform solutions. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce ecosystem tools is highly preferred., * Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role within Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce integrations
- Experience collaborating with engineering, analytics, and cross-functional business teams
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with analytics, reporting, or data-driven products is preferred
