Job description
This role focuses on enabling, configuring, integrating, and supporting Microsoft AI capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related services. This position is ideal for a Microsoft 365 engineer or platform administrator looking to expand their expertise in AI technologies within a large enterprise setting. This is a platform engineering and administration role, not a traditional software development position, focused on configuration, integration, and operational support., * Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Copilot and related Microsoft 365 AI capabilities
- Implement and maintain solutions built with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents
- Configure integrations between Microsoft AI technologies and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and other business applications
- Support the development and management of Copilot skills, connectors, and data access solutions
- Evaluate new Microsoft AI features and capabilities and assess enterprise applicability, integration requirements, security considerations, and operational impacts
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures
- Develop and execute test scenarios, use cases, and validation activities while documenting results
- Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, infrastructure, and business partners to implement solutions that align with enterprise standards
- Troubleshoot platform, configuration, integration, and operational issues
- Support adoption and operational readiness of emerging Microsoft AI technologies
Requirements
- Experience working within large, regulated enterprise environments
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and systems-thinking capabilities
- Ability to balance technical work with documentation, testing, governance, and operational processes
- Strong interest in Microsoft AI technologies and emerging capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them within enterprise environments
- Experience in several of the following areas: Microsoft 365 Administration and Engineering, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Agents, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, SaaS and Cloud technologies
- Experience in large, regulated organizations is preferred

Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
