Job description

  • Lead end-to-end full stack development from code setup to successful go-live.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party marketing platforms (CRM, RT-CDP, analytics tools)
  • Deliver major projects and functionalities on schedule, ensuring smooth project launches.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers, UX/UI designers, and engineering leadership to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure web accessibility, performance, adherence to best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
  • Utilize modern development tools and methodologies, including version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Own web products and lead the charge in optimization and further development

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in React.js, Redux, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of OOP languages, .NET heavily preferred.
  • Strong experience with HTML, and CSS frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap)
  • Strong Expertise with RESTful APIs, and web performance optimization.
  • Experience with Figma for UI design and Git (GitHub/GitLab) for version control.
  • In-depth Knowledge of web accessibility standards and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and test coverage optimization.
  • Strong architecural principles and knowledge of coding best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of coding pipelines, CI/CD and devOps procedures.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Experience leading and mentoring more junior developers and assisting engineering managers with performance metrics.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven track record of 8+ years of delivering complex integrations and software products on schedule.
  • Bonus: Familiarity A/B testing and Analytics tools.
