Job description

Help shape the future of AI-enabled business operations at Thomas & Hutton. As a Business Intelligence (AI) Coordinator, you'll support the coordination, communication, reporting, and implementation of companywide AI initiatives that improve efficiency, decision-making, and project delivery. This role will serve as a liaison between AI leadership, IT, Project Managers, Developers, and business operations teams to help move our AI Initiatives Roadmap forward., * Help with coordination of AI initiatives across departments, including AI leadership, IT, Project Managers, Developers, and business operations teams

  • Support the implementation and tracking of the company's AI Initiatives Roadmap
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards, status updates, and executive summaries related to AI projects and business intelligence efforts
  • Gather, organize, and share information across teams to support clear communication and alignment
  • Help translate business needs, workflow challenges, and operational opportunities into actionable AI or process improvement initiatives
  • Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting efforts tied to AI and business intelligence projects
  • Assist with evaluating AI tools, use cases, workflows, and implementation progress
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Help identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and more effective use of business data
  • Assist in the collaboration with internal teams to promote adoption, understanding, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools
  • Maintain project tracking tools, documentation, and shared resources related to AI initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of professional or internship experience in business intelligence, data analytics, project coordination, operations, technology, or a related field
  • Interest in AI, business intelligence, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with or exposure to AI-assisted data analysis tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and practical AI use cases in a business environment
  • Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical or analytical information into clear business updates
  • Ability to create reports, presentations, dashboards, or summaries that support leadership decision-making
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across IT, operations, project management, technical, and leadership teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, documentation, and follow-through
  • Interest in process improvement, performance management, business planning, and operational efficiency
  • Experience with digital collaboration or project tracking tools such as Notion, Trello, Microsoft Planner, Teams, or similar tools preferred
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when working with company data, internal processes, and emerging technology

On-site: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
