Job Type: Contract / OnsiteLocation: Lachforst 4, 5282 Neukirchen an der Enknach, AustriaSchedule: Weekly posting (every Monday or Wednesday - first week of each month)---Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused EUC L1 Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support at Neukirchen an der Enknach, Austria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-user issues, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.---Key Responsibilities:- Provide onsite Level 1 (L1) support to end users- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals- Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking issues- Manage ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar) and ensure SLA compliance- Assist with user account management (Active Directory)- Perform hardware installations, replacements, and upgrades- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations---Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in EUC / Desktop Support- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, AD, and networking- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills- Ability to work onsite and handle end-user queries efficiently- Local language C1
