Job description
As a Cybersecurity Presales Solution Specialist - Security, you'll be the technical expert supporting our sales team. Your mission? To design and present security solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. The Solution Specialist has a technical background with strong commercial affinities, and the focus is on promoting and positioning Orange Cyberdefense solutions and other technologies and/or services through telephone calls, conference calls, on-site visits to potential customers and existing customers. The Solution Specialist is a cornerstone in developing and answering technical Solution designs and technical descriptions for RFI's & RFP's, drafting Bill of Materials, cost sheets and he/she assists in closing deals with the account manager. The Solution Specialist can operate on technical solutions without account manager on a case-by-case basis. Engaging with customers to build strong relationships, understanding their challenges, and offering expert advice is essential. You'll deliver clear and compelling technical presentations tailored to customer needs. Collaboration with our technology partners will help you stay ahead of the curve and enhance our offerings.

- Be the Tech Guru: Provide technical support during the sales process, understand customer requirements, and present tailored solutions.
- Design Solutions: Create innovative security solutions, complete with technical proposals and documentation.

- Engage with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their challenges, and offer expert advice.
- Deliver Wow Presentations: Present technical solutions in a way that's clear, compelling, and tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work with our technology partners to stay ahead of the curve and enhance our offerings.
- Stay Ahead of the curve: Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform our solutions.
- Document and Share: Create and maintain technical documentation and share your knowledge with the team.
- Support RFPs/RFIs: Help craft winning responses to requests for proposals and information.
Requirements
We are looking for a junior profile 2+ years of experience in security design or as a security consultant, engineer or presales consultant with specialized knowledge in security technologies. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are not afraid to strike up the conversation with our customers. You have analytical skills and the ability to solve technical issues. You have a good understanding of network security, cloud, identity, data and/or application security and love to stay up to date with the latest trends.
You are fluent in Dutch, English & optional French.
Bonus:
- Experience with SASE/SSE, microsegmentation, identity, data protection, hybrid or cloud environments, or modern access control
- Specific vendor related certifications
