Copilot Solution Expert

As a Copilot Solution Expert, you will combine technical expertise with business insight. You will work on improving existing solutions and developing new AI-driven applications within the Microsoft 365 environment. This position will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model., * Analyze and design solutions

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
• Analyze needs, processes, and existing SharePoint environments
• Develop roadmaps and architecture proposals
• Create functional and technical specifications
• Design AI solutions, including with Copilot Studio
• Evaluate migration scenarios and associated risks
• Develop and implement Copilot agents for various client services
• Optimize existing AI solutions
• Create workflows and automations with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Assist end-users and key users
• Validate solutions and resolve technical issues
• Support acceptance testing and production deployments
• Document technical and functional solutions
• Organize training and workshops
• Develop training materials

• Strong experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio (AI agents)
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online (content management, governance, collaboration)
• Extensive expertise in the Power Platform:

• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Power BI

• Analytical mindset and process optimization skills
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to business users
• Experience in change management and digital adoption is a plus

Language Skills:
