Job description
- Coach up to two operational platform teams through their transition toward a product-centric, agile way of working
- Support the adoption of automation and self-service principles, while respecting security and compliance requirements
- Design tailored agile approaches suited to each team's operational realities (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, hybrid models)
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and adapt events and artefacts to maximise team effectiveness
- Help teams shift focus from operational requests toward customer value and product roadmaps
- Identify and remove organisational impediments, particularly those tied to security, compliance, and audit constraints
- Work closely with Platform Owners on backlog refinement and prioritisation
- Contribute to the internal agile community of practice
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting agile transformations
- Experience in the energy sector, infrastructure environments, or operational platform teams is a plus
- Strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, agile coaching, and facilitation
- Comfortable operating in environments with strict security and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of LeSS is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
