Requirements

management, process improvement, or IT operations - in an analyst or operations management capacity. /li liITIL 4 Foundation certification, (or actively working towards it) /li liStrong data analytics capability - able to gather, clean, and analyse operational data using Excel, Power BI, or SQL to build KPI dashboards and translate insights into action /li liExperience of working in ITSM - incident, problem, and change management /li liProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with statistical and data modelling tools /li liStrong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills /li liDetail-oriented, well organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently /li liHands-on experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform /li liFamiliarity with GenAI tooling, or automation platforms /li liExperience evaluating IT operations workflows to identify automation or GenAI opportunities -, translating findings into clear requirements and partnering with
