Job description

The Barcelona Digital Hub consists of over 450 employees working in Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, IT Project Management, Digital Marketing and other roles. The role acts as a bridge between technical teams (APIGEE, Engineering, Architecture) and business/API Champions, providing both functional and technical support. API Troubleshooting & Support: handle technical issues, credential testing (creation and testing of POSTMAN collection), API testing & validation, regression and environment validations (Pre-Prod, Non-Prod), identify and elevate inconsistencies between environments, validate performance and reliability. Customer & API Champion Support: serve as primary operational point of contact for API Champions and customer technical teams on onboarding, testing, interpreting errors
