Don't miss this exciting opportunity to join us as a Software Engineer Team Lead and help shape the future of WIRIS. Lead, support, and coordinate the Quizzes Development Team, ensuring technical alignment, team cohesion, and high-quality delivery aligned with our product roadmap. Act as part of the Product Trio (Engineering, Product Management, Product Design), collaborating closely to drive the squad's day-to-day operations and decision-making. Define team goals, track performance, and ensure a clear and effective prioritization of tasks. Drive team development through 1:1s, feedback, performance reviews, and career growth plans. Promote a culture of continuous feedback, psychological safety, and collaboration. Ensure Agile practices and engineering standards are properly applied within the team. Lead and support technical decision-making, code quality, and overall system health. Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ensure alignment and delivery of value. Support the team hands-on when needed, contributing to development tasks. Experience of more than 4 years developing teams or projects in a senior capacity. Strong ability to balance technical leadership with people management. Fluency in Spanish and English. Interest or background in mathematics is a strong plus. Strong programming experience in PHP and/or Java. Solid understanding of software architecture and infrastructure (cloud, client-server, APIs). Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation. Good time management, prioritization, and process orientation. Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript (Vue.js). Experience with Docker or Infrastructure as Code. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Full-time permanent position. Flexible working hours and a hybrid work environment. Private health insurance.
