Product Designer (UI/UX) We are looking for a talented, motivated, and impact-driven Product Designer (UI/UX). In this role, you'll own the end-to-end design of complex product experiences across CloudPay's global payroll and payments platform. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centred solutions that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value. Principal Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design for complex product features, from discovery through to delivery, producing high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. Translate ambiguous problems into clear, well-reasoned design solutions with a strong rationale. Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions to validate assumptions and inform design decisions. Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns, gaps, and opportunities. Advocate for the user throughout the product development process. Contribute to the evolution and adoption of CloudPay's design system, ensuring consistency across the platform. Champion accessibility standards and best practices across all design output. Maintain and document shared design patterns and components. Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, from scoping and ideation to build and launch. Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Experience and Qualifications Solid experience in product design or UI/UX. Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Portfolio showing end-to-end product design work with clear evidence of product thinking, design quality, and measurable impact. Familiarity with API-first or integration-heavy platforms and AI-powered product experiences is a plus. Background in HR tech or global payroll is advantageous but not required. Technical Skills Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of AI tools. Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and design tokens. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). Data-driven mindset, comfortable using usage data and product metrics to inform and validate design decisions.
