ERP Finance Specialist

Overview Finance Automation Specialist A dynamic international technology company is transforming its Finance function and financial systems landscape. The company is scaling quickly and is looking to improve finance operations, delivering automation and AI to support growth. Responsibilities - Map finance processes and identify automation opportunities. - Gather finance requirements, design and deliver automation solutions, leveraging AI and other tools. - Leverage existing financial systems landscape including ERP, EPM and FP&A tools. - Own, build and run automation projects, including testing, training, and troubleshooting. - Drive improvement of finance data to support automation efforts. - Lead projects to improve finance processes. Qualifications - 3+ years' experience in Finance Operations or Finance Transformation within a scale-up company. - Proven experience in finance automation or leveraging AI for finance operations. - Strong technical skills for data modelling and transformation (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript, VBA, Access, .NET, Java, SQL). - Prior experience with cloud financial systems (e.g., Workday, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Adaptive, Planful, Pigment).
