To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to support our digital growth initiatives and conversion optimization efforts, while developing, managing, and optimizing communication strategies and campaigns across multiple European markets. This position sits between Performance Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and Content & Customer Journey Management, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple digital disciplines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across paid, owned and, customer lifecycle channels Analyze key funnel, performance, and customer behavior metrics to identify optimization opportunities Contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across the customer journey, including landing page improvements, user journey optimization, and A/B testing Assist in the creation and optimization of campaign assets, marketing messages, email communications, and digital content to improve engagement and performance Coordinate and execute digital marketing activities across multiple channels, working closely with paid media, CRM, web, and content initiatives Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of websites, landing pages, and digital customer experiences Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Business, Business Administration, or a related field Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Customer Journey, Lifecycle Marketing, or a similar digital marketing role Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools is an advantage Familiarity with GA4, GTM, SEO, CRO, CMS platforms, or design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is desirable Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Organized and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Interest in digital growth, customer journeys, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) are required, as creating and optimizing customer-facing communication in German is a core part of the role Very good English skills are also required Hands-on experience through challenging projects in a fast-paced, modern organization Exposure to banking and legal topics in an international environment Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing bank
