Documentation & Knowledge Management: maintain support guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and test cases; contribute to functional analysis and small enhancements. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: track recurring issues and propose improvements to API design, implementation, testing flows, or governance; support performance analysis and collaborate with Architecture and Product teams on enhancements, deprecations, and roadmap alignment. Technical Skills: functional requirements analysis (FC06), system & API testing (FC08), applications development lifecycle (FC02), IT security & risk management (FC04), master data & data quality (FC12).
