Job description

Ebury's León Office offers a Hybrid Service Support Analyst role, combining in-office collaboration with remote work. You'll support and maintain IT systems, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and help end users across 51 global offices. Travel to other Ebury sites is required, sometimes on short notice.

Requirements

Ideal candidates bring strong Windows/Linux/Mac OS X and Chrome OS knowledge, cloud tech experience, and excellent English communication skills. ITIL is desirable.
