• Own and drive the Collaboration Portal editorial calendar, ensuring a steady flow of relevant, engaging content while guiding and supporting teams in creating and publishing their own.
• Keep Collaboration Portal pages (home, news, resources, tools) accurate, up to date, and visually compelling.
• Champion adoption of the Collaboration Portal as the go-to hub for IT collaboration, designing and executing creative promotion campaigns to drive engagement.
• Contribute to communication initiatives, campaigns, events, and community activities that bring the IT Communication Strategy to life.
• Analyse engagement data and user feedback to continuously refine content strategy and improve effectiveness.

• 2-3 years of experience in communications, content management, community building, or digital engagement.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content; tech background is a plus.
• Strong content creation skills across multiple formats: articles, news, visuals, infographics, videos, and more.
• Experience with design software and video recording and editing tools.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Viva Engage) and modern collaboration tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
