Requirements

We're hiring a senior full-stack engineer who owns real problems end-to-end and shapes how the team builds, from API design and frontend experience through to backend services, production reliability, and launch. You already use AI as part of how you think, build, test, and ship. You'll write code that moves money in production, design and modernize the platform across the stack, and lead delivery of customer-facing features as Xe rebuilds its platform layer. You'll work in a small engineering team with direct access to product, design, and compliance, own architecture in your domain, lead design reviews, mentor mid-level engineers, and partner with architects and team leads on cross-domain decisions. Design and own features across the stack that move money and manage multi-currency balances across a range of domains, including onboarding, KYC and KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement, and other supporting services. Use agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) daily across the SDLC, and lead modernization from legacy services into the modern stack alongside architects and team leads in your domain. 6 to 10+ years building production web applications, end-to-end. ~ Strong frontend proficiency with Vue.js, React, or equivalent. ~ Strong backend proficiency in C# / .NET preferred; other OOP languages welcome (Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent). ~ Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals. ~ Writing and maintaining tests as part of how you ship. ~ Daily use of agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) across the SDLC. ~ Production experience on AWS, including hands-on deployment, CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices, and native services such as SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, and Lambda. ~ Track record of technical leadership: mentoring engineers, leading design reviews, and making architecture decisions in your domain. ~ Frontend fundamentals: responsive design, accessibility, web performance, and internationalization. Experience leading front-end or platform modernization and migrations. Experience with caching solutions like Memcached or Redis. Experience using project management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno. Writing automated tests alongside development with AI tools (Claude Code or equivalent). Annual performance-related rewards: performance-based annual bonus Car allowance: monthly car allowance (subject to Direction Level) Annual salary review: performance-based process Hybrid working model: 2 days per week WFH with flexible scheduling Extra bank holidays: additional company-recognised holidays Annual social events: end-of-year celebration & regional/departmental gatherings Seasonal celebrations: Halloween, New Year, Christmas, and other festivities Employee wellness weeks: global and local wellbeing activities Leadership training: internal and external learning opportunities Cross-functional project opportunities: available based on skills and project needs Internal & international mobility: relocation support and coaching for career development All qualified applicants will be considered for employment regardless of age, national origin, race, color, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
