We are looking for Lead AI/ML Engineers who are passionate about the power of AI and love building robust AI/ML systems. We design, build, and operate libraries, tools, and the shared AI/ML infrastructure that enables AI & Data teams to empower business-critical decision-making for our enterprise users. Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data * model * deployment * monitoring) autonomously. Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by more than 100 AI team members daily, including Cloud & LLM Infrastructure and AI-driven features. Communicate with your team: present results and findings, identify gaps and opportunities, and explain product and software/AI behind. Own complex projects and lead technical initiatives from design to implementation, including refactoring and standardization. Ensure the quality of your own and your team's developments. Interact with other functions and agree on exchange protocols and architecture design (DevOps, Front End, Data Engineering, Back End, …). Solid AI/ML fundamentals, strong Python, APIs/K8s/Docker/Cloud experience. ~ Strong software engineering practices and deep AI/ML knowledge. ~ Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability & willingness to lead and mentor junior team members. ~ Mastery in the modern AI/ML stack (AWS, FastAPI, Docker, K8s, Python, CI/CD, Airflow, agentic coding, concurrency, etc.). ~ A strong collaborator who enjoys working with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers, and can explain trade-offs and designs in simple terms. ~ Someone with a startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, hands-on, and willing to improve things beyond your immediate scope. ~ Global company and culture.
