Requirements

Experteer Overview In this role you will protect client security infrastructures and restore services efficiently as incidents arise. You'll manage escalations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to automation and change management. You'll work in a fully remote environment, supporting clients across cultures from Spain or the Czech Republic. You'll help drive service quality, incident trend analysis, and ongoing improvements in security operations. Compensaciones / Beneficios * Monitor and manage the work queues to resolve incidents and requests within SLA * Provide second-level security support and root-cause analysis * Update tickets with clear resolution details and maintain accurate information * Identify issues proactively and log incidents for rapid resolution * Communicate with other teams and clients to extend support as needed * Execute changes with clear risk and mitigation plans, ensuring proper approvals * Follow shift handover processes and highlight critical tasks for the next shift * Escalate tickets to CoE or management when necessary for proper focus * Collaborate with automation teams to optimize tasks and enable routine automation * Assist L1 engineers with triage and troubleshooting during initial incidents * Lead initial client escalations for operational issues * Contribute to change management with detailed change records and maintenance planning * Audit incidents for quality and contribute to knowledge base updates * Produce trend analyses to identify automation opportunities and reduce tickets * Support disaster recovery implementation and testing as required * Perform other related tasks as needed Responsabilidades * Moderate experience handling Security Infrastructure in managed services * Moderate experience with ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow) * Moderate knowledge of ITIL processes * Moderate experience working with vendors/3rd parties * CCNA certification mandatory; CCNP in Security or PCNSE favorable * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing * Ability to work remotely from Spain or Czech Republic with valid work permit Requisitos principales * Remote work * Global/remote-ready role * Collaborative culture * Diversity and inclusion * Growth and learning opportunities * Equal opportunity employer
