Permanent position, Full-time or part-time | Madrid, Malaga You will take on a role of responsibility within an interdisciplinary team of highly qualified software engineers, UI/UX experts, agile coaches, and product owners , working on high-quality software solutions. Together with your team, you will conceptualize complex and versatile software projects and implement them in collaboration with our clients. You will practice agile software development with us through daily scrums, client reviews, and retrospectives, supported by our Agile Coaches. You will design sustainable software architectures together with your team and implement them iteratively and incrementally. You will use DevOps methods to quickly deliver value to end users and gather feedback. You will work self-organizedwithin your project team, take on responsibility, and actively help shape XITASO. You have several years of practical experience in software development. You have excellent Spanish and English skills (at least C1 level) to ensure clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners. You are familiar with our technology stack and are eager to expand it. You are committed to high quality - this includes unit tests, code reviews, clean code, design patterns, refactoring , conceptual clarity, and modular architectures. You enjoy working on challenging architectural problems together with your team and project stakeholders. You bring openness to "AI for Software Engineering" and are eager to use tools like Claude Code, Open Code, and GitHub Co-Pilot in our client projects; You mentor less experienced colleagues and help them on their path to becoming Senior Software Engineers.
