Web/UX Developer

Using digital channels like social media, email and our ever-changing website, we're working to attract a new generation of Brick shoppers. Website Design: Design and develop promotional banners, website layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces (UI). User Experience (UX): Ensure websites are optimized for usability, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, icons, branding assets, and marketing materials. Brand Consistency: Ensure all web pages and assets adhere strictly to company brand guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to execute the visual elements of our digital properties. Quality Assurance: Test designs for functionality, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness. Resourcefulness: Gathering required information from the digital team, purchasing group, vendors and management. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in web design, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Design Tools: Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or the Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design best practices. (Basic JavaScript or CMS experience like WordPress/Shopify). Aesthetic Eye: Excellent visual design skills with a keen focus on typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to articulate design decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
