Our company, backed by the leading power trading and Swiss energy production company, is looking for an IT Service Manager of Shared Applications to boost our corporate IT service delivery in Madrid. The energy industry is constantly changing and evolving with innovation. We seek someone with knowledge, enthusiasm, and a dedication to bring their skills to the table and help drive our IT services forward. What you will do - You will be managing and coordinating the delivery of IT services in scope - You are communicating with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and to ensure that IT services meet their requirements - You are ensuring that IT services meet the agreed service levels and SLAs - You are managing and maintaining the IT service catalogue - You are managing and coordinating incident, problem, and change management processes - You are managing and maintaining IT service documentation - You will act as the product owner for SKUP (SAP Key user Pro) What you bring & who you are - You bring 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management. - You are experienced in implementing ITSM processes - You are certified in ITIL - You are familiar and savvy in working with ServiceNow or other ITSM Tools - You are familiar with methodologies and frameworks like Scaled Agile or DevOps - You have experience in IT project management as well as experience in Process Automation or Workflow topics - You have strong problem-solving skills to be able to identify and resolve issues that arise in the delivery of IT services - You bring along a continuous improvement mindset to be able to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to improve the delivery of IT services - You are fluent in English, German is a plus About the team - Department - IT
