Job description
You'll be a vital part in the transformation of IKEA into a more front line obsessed company. This mean that you will:
- Lead and Own HRSD Solutions: Continuously improve and stabilize ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business need
- Innovate through Automation and Service Design: Design and enhance HR service delivery within ServiceNow via automation capabilities and strategic service design, promoting operational efficiency and scalability.
- Manage Technical Change Lifecycle: Oversee technical changes across ServiceNow HRSD environments, encompassing configuration, testing, performance optimization, and release management.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and Product Teams: Partner effectively with HR Product Owners and business stakeholders, providing technical expertise to shape solutions and align priorities across integrated systems.
- Promote and lead System Engineering Best Practices: Champion strong governance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the ServiceNow HRSD area.

You will work in Group Function Digital Area. The Digital Area - Group Functions is a new area built to strengthen digital partnership and delivery across all Group Functions and Global Business Operations (GBO). We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas like Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, Business Steering in Ingka's global organisation.
Requirements
- Have a strong technical background in ServiceNow HRSD, skilled in designing, optimizing, and enhancing enterprise HR service delivery platforms for complex, regulated environments. You excel in complex settings, not just resolving issues but also designing robust, scalable HRSD solutions that drive business value.
- Passionate about understanding and mastering the ServiceNow HRSD platform its core HR services, workflow automation, knowledge and case management and integration capabilities to optimize HR service delivery.
- Expert in Configuring ServiceNow Solution Defining including data models, workflows, and integrations.
- Love being creative through automating complex HR workflows, utilizing ServiceNow's tools to replace manual tasks, enhance system reliability, and deliver a seamless HR service experience.
- Continuous Improvement Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Are comfortable working as a systems generalist, owning adjacent tools such as Jira, Confluence and GitHub
- Proactively manage relevant stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment between Product, HR, Compensation/Benefits, IT and Security.
- Are a team player who takes ownership, builds strong cross functional relationships and enjoys sharing knowledge and mentoring others.

The must-haves we see for this role is though:
- 4+ years of experience in an Application/ Systems Engineer role, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform Architecture and related products especially HR Service Portal, Knowledge base, Case management, Virtual Agent, Document Management, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub
- Deep understanding of dependencies between ServiceNow capabilities (ITSM, HRSD) and components: portals, knowledge bases
