Job description
You'll be a vital part in the transformation of IKEA into a more front-line obsessed company by ensuring that we deliver timely and compliant solutions.
This means that you will:
- Work within a global digital team to monitor, support, and deliver solutions for SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors integrations.
- Govern and manage inbound interfaces to ADP GlobalView (SAP R/3 Payroll system), ensuring stability and preventing payroll disruptions.
- Oversee and manage incidents related to SuccessFactors to GlobalView integrations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Govern and control effort estimation and cost for Change Requests (CRs) raised by the GBO team, aligning with billing guidelines and leveraging payroll domain expertise.
- Collaborate with Global Business Operations (GBO) and country teams to review payroll service delivery provided by vendors, ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and service levels.

You will work in Group Function Digital Area. The Digital Area - Group Functions is a new area built to strengthen digital partnership and delivery across all Group Functions and Global Business Operations (GBO). We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas like Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, Business Steering in Ingka's global organisation.
We are the Digital Payroll team, dedicated to ensuring seamless integration of our global payroll system, GlobalView, and local payroll solutions to the Ingka digital landscape.
We manage and coordinate our global payroll provider, ADP, ensuring smooth operations and compliance, we also work on integration with local payroll providers.
We are committed to providing efficient and reliable payroll services, leveraging both our existing systems and new technologies to meet the needs of our global workforce.
Requirements
- Passionate about understanding the end-to-end employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), with a strong foundation in HR, Payroll, and Mobility domains.
- Possess a solution-oriented and creative mindset, enabling effective problem-solving and continuous improvement of processes.
- Demonstrate strong ownership by independently driving initiatives toward desired outcomes while simplifying complex processes.
- Solid understanding of payroll system interfaces and process development, including integrations both to and from payroll systems.
- Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView (GV), SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Compensation, and Mobility solutions.
- Collaborative team players who build strong cross-functional relationships actively share knowledge and contribute to team success.
- Proactively engage and manage stakeholders across HR, People & Culture, GBO, Data, Security, and external vendors, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Curious and self-driven learner with a strong interest in leveraging AI for HR and Payroll enhancements, improving efficiency and reporting capabilities.

The must-haves we see for this role is though:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or computer science.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Payroll processing and/or Mobility, preferably within multinational HCM environments or Payroll integration knowledge in GCP, Python, Airflow
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP HCM data interfaces, including integrations and data flows.
