Job description

  • Run and optimise paid search campaigns, primarily in Google Ads
  • Run and optimise paid social campaigns, primarily in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with a focus on B2B performance
  • Analyse data, form hypotheses and execute experiments
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking setups in Google Tag Manager
  • Work with the design team to conceptualise, create and optimise landing pages
  • Stay up to date with paid search, paid social and broader marketing trends
  • Interact with clients when necessary

Requirements

We are looking for an individual that can slot into the team and deliver results quickly, while fitting into a culture based around fun, honesty and hard work.

The role is perfect for someone who is incredibly organized, highly analytical, comfortable with customer communication and happy working remotely.

  • Must be comfortable working remotely
  • Must have at least 2 years of LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience with Google Ads would be advantageous
  • Must be organized. This role will involve a lot of moving parts, so being organised and detail-oriented is crucial
  • A strategic mindset with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A great sense of humor. If you are very straight-laced, this probably isn't the company for you!
  • Be a team player. Workflows ebb and flow, and we would like someone who is ready to pitch in, * Do you have at least 2 years of LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience?
