Job description

Reporting directly to the Technical Support Manager, your main role will be to Repair, support & maintain industrial Vending Machine Inventory solutions at various customer locations across the UK. Full training & shadowing will be given to the right candidate., * Repair of Inventory solution machines across the UK

  • Maintenance of Inventory solution machines across the UK
  • 100% Compliance of all salesforce features
  • Ensuring all tasks / requests meet quality standards.
  • Analysing and resolving faults.
  • Always ensure safe working practices.
  • Complying with Company and on-site / customer health & safety rules and regulations.
  • van stock management to ensure you are carrying the right parts to achieve a first-time resolution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of mechanical and electrical implementation would be an advantage.
  • Full health and safety compliance.
  • An understanding of VMI industry / market sector.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service experience (face to face and telephone).
  • Willing to learn new skills.
  • Knowledge of using a computer and windows software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on your own, and use your initiative
  • Hands on mechanical ability., * Excellent communication skills to varying audiences.
  • Highly motivated with strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quality and safety focused approach.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Flexible with working hours to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Willing to travel, including regular overnight stays across the UK.
